Both the courses in consideration are quite different in their individual aspects. So, taking in consideration I would suggest that BPT is a better course to pursue that BVHS. BPT has a wider scope and job prospect than BVHS. Furthermore Physiotherapy is one of the emerging sciences that has gained popularity in the recent times. So, BPT is definitely a better option. All the best.
