Getting NIT, Trichy at this rank and percentile can be difficult as according to the last year the cutoff for SC students in all the branches is as low as 78, but can try upto the last round of the counselling maybe you can get into this college.

No. You won't be able to get any seat in VIT Vellore. Most of the seats get over around 40k rank. You won't be able to get a seat in any of the campus. Sorry. I hope this helps.

No, required JEE Advanced coaching is at a totally different levels than the one required for Mains. One needs to practice application of principles in solving problems. I suggest you to take coaching exclusively for JEE Advanced to enable you to compete successful. Best wishes to you.
