B.E. / B.Tech. (Biotechnology) has a varied field which has broad spectrum of Life Sciences but B.E. / B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering) will be focused only in Agricultural Field, Technologies required for it, Techniques for be used for it. So, scope is narrowed only to it.

As your percentile is quite low, it is difficult for you to get any good engineering colleges for B.Tech but you can apply for the private colleges which conducts their own entrance test for admission to the B.Tech course.
