Hello,
To apply for MHTCET counseling you should have qualified in the MHTCET exam only. You cannot attend that counseling with JEE marks. With your JEE scores, you can enroll for the counseling under JoSAA only.

As an ST student I think you got a good percentage or score in JEE Mains and you can get any good NIT easily through it plus you say you are looking for it through home state quota, so your chance of getting there is pretty good or you can try college predictor on the basis of your JEE Score to get a better idea.

You can get admission in Jamia Milia Islamia and DTU through JEE Mains score. But, for Jamia Milia Islamia ,you also have to fill application form of Jamia Milia Islamia.
