Please check the previous years' opening and closing ranks of the desired branch in the desired college to get a rough idea of whether you can get admission into the college or not. Yes, in BDS NEET eligibility is must as NEET is conducted for admission in the MBBS and BDS Colleges only. So, a candidate willing to do BDS must qualify NEET.
