I do not think if is there any distance learning university that offers M.Sc in chemistry or biology in online mode. These courses are available from regular colleges only. You can do some medical certificate courses in online mode but a degree course in Chemistry or Bio is not possible. The percentile cut-off for the unreserved category was 89.75, for EW it was 78.2 for OBC, it was 74.3 whereas for SC, ST and PwD, it was 54, 44.3 and 0.11, respectively, if you have cleared the cut off as in mentioned above then you can apply in any of the government college and can grab the seat easily.

There is very less chance in VIT, Chennai CSE, I think that might be closed under 5000. But you can still sit for counselling, might be you can get something good.
