Getting of the college with this rank is not possible and in the CSE or IT seems to be impossible as according to the last year records these branches filled in the primary rounds only and the closing rank is just 1,10,000 only.

At this rank and percentile you can easily get admission in NIT, Trichy but the problem is that you might not be able to get admission in your desired branch.

Yes, of course you are qualified for JEE Advance with this score and with this rank, as this year the percentile cut-off for the unreserved category was 89.75, for EW it was 78.2 for OBC, it was 74.3 whereas for SC, ST and PwD, it was 54, 44.3 and 0.11, respectively.
