Hey!
In order to get admission in MIT, you need very impressive credentials. If you can fulfill the below mentioned requirements, you have a chance of getting admission in this university:
1) GRE Score with a score no less than 1400
2) Minimum Grade Point Average: 3/4 GPA or B+ or 75 percent and above. In some cases, the universities have a requirement from Indian students to have a second upper class percentage or 55 percent.
3) TOEFL score with minimum score 100.

Hi Saurabh, Universities like RWTH Aachen, TU Ilmenau, Univ of Bayreuth, TU Kaiserslautern offer courses related to what you have asked for.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.

As AMIE is considered equivalent to BE, and for admission to IIM, the requirement is any graduate from a recognised University or Institution, you will be eligible to write CAT which is the entrance test for admission to IIMs

Hi Amit, Engineering courses in the UK are of 3 yrs in duration. The per annum expenses come to about 12 -14 lacs including living expenses. The figure can go a little +/ - dor the fee adn living expenses vary. Hence, you will sp[end about 36 lacs for the whole course in UK.

As you will be allowed to appear in M.Tech Entrance only in the field or related field in which you have done B.Tech, so the change of stream is not permissible irrespective of your score in Entrance Examination.

Although, Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased opinion, it would be unfair on my part to give my opinion on any particular Institute. However, Karunya University is a decent University which is UGC Approved and had 80% placement record last year.
