Hi Herald,
The most important thing which you need to keep in mind while choosing your course is your own interests and career aspirations. You don't have to get get dishearten if you are not been able to crack CETs, you can always opt for B.Sc programmes, or can go for technology based programme i.e. BCA where you would not require Entrance Examination. If you have good hold on Math you can also opt for courses like CA, CWA etc. Have you given Pharma courses a shot, if not you can try for that as well. If nothing works out then you can opt for Vocational Courses like Interior designing, Fashion designing, travel & Tourism and Hotel Man

The minimum requirement is 50% in 12th. This does not mean you will get admission though. Your admission will depend on your performance in the GD/PI at IIFM

Well as you have mentioned that you are looking for the courses in Commerce field, there are many institutes and courses available depending on your area of interest and career aim like BA honors, Eco honors, BBA etc.

To get admission in good Engineering colleges, you have to get a good score in the GATE. SO instead of joining a third grade college for M.Tech/ M.E., it is advisable to start preparation for next year GATE.
