Hi,
If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks.
So with 48% marks in graduation you are not eligible to get admission in this program.
However if you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program only then in that case I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education as in order to pursue this program you simply need to be graduate in any field.

Dear Pinki, There are may colleges across that gives the direct admission to the students with the average marks . As you are looking the college in Ranchi and Durgapur for BSC. IT, I would suggest you to look for more option to your near by Cities where you will be able to find the things of your choice very comfortably. As in Ranchi and Durgapur the option are very limited.
You can Look For a college called UTS ( Universal training Institute.).

Amrita its not an issue if you have not cleared your JEE exam. There are many universities around giving admissions otherwise also. Some of them conduct their own tests for admission like BIT, Pillani, Manipal, etc some of them like LPU, Galgotia etc offer admission through JEE score/ their own test/ marks in 12th.
You still have two ways admission left i.e is test of some institute or your marks in 12th, so, go for it.

Govind you have not specified in which course are you interested. Most of the courses have the basis eligibility of 50% marks in 12th irrespective of this that whether the institute is a govt.one or private one.

Yes you are eligible to take admission at our University . The criteria for selection of students for admission is- the merit list shall be prepared on the basis of 60% weightage to score in JEE Main 2014 examination and 40% weightage to the marks scored in 10+2 examination.
