Civil engineering is one of the oldest branches of engineering with a lot of scope for people with creative bent of mind. It basically is a blend of creativity with technology.
There is no one best college of civil but there are many to name a few we have VIT, Vellore, LPU, Punjab, Christ University, Bangalore etc. Check their website for more details.

Straight way move to Christ college , Indraprastha Institute Of Technology And Management OR Lovely professional University (outer region of delhi).
Look for future scope and placement.

I dont think so that you can able to get admission based upon your jee marks or on 12th percentage.Might be in some average case you get admission but that would be of no use.
There are some well established universities which have there own entrance test for eligibility like lovely professional university, jaypee, amrita, try your luck there.

Juhi if you are interested in interior designing then you go for a 3 yr.s B.Sc degree in interior designing or a 4 yr.s B.Design degree in interior designing. There are many reputed universities around the country offering this course.
