Aman it depends upon the cut off and counselling otherwise you can go for direct admission.
You can inquire in JAYPEE if they offer direct admission too.
Otherwise there are many universities like LPU, SRM, Chitkara etc that offer direct admission on the basis of JEE score as well as 12th marks.

Your seat in NIRMA depends upon counselling but yes these days most of the private universities give admission on basis of 12th marks too so, check with NIRMA if they have any such option.
Otherwise go for other private universities like LPU, Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, ITM University, etc.

Yes it is possible to take admission in MBA without MAT/ CAT/ XAT test.
There are many universities like Lovely University, NIILM University, Maharishi Markandeshwar University etc that give admission in MBA either through their own test or GDPI or simply on the basis of your marks in graduation.
