As you have scored less than qualifying marks in 12th, you are not eligible for admission in any of the NIT's. However, if your state gives admission based on JEE Mains then you can perhaps get admission.

The Brainware University BCA fee is INR 3.7 lakh - INR 4.7 lakh as per an unofficial source. The fees might include components other than tuition fees. Candidates after getting shortlisted based on BET score, need to come for document verification. After final selection, aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat. Additionally, candidates also need to pay a registration fee at the start. Candidates can pay the registration fee via any of the online payment mode. One should also keep the fee slip with them for reference at later stages.

Very few universities offer Automation Engineering in Canada. You can look for other country options such as USA. Concordia University and the University of Western Ontario's M.Eng course do offer automation or control engineering track.
