You can get admission in IIIT or even you can get NIT if you belong to OBC category.

As of now there is no course for ethical courses in India. But US Canada and Germany have such courses. you can obtain a degree from there. Otherwise, you could join B.Tech. or BCA . These courses will give you a bachelors in degree in computers, but not in hacking. you will have to join a private institute for hacking course.
