You can get admission to pursue a BA in economics with 78% in class 12th (commerce) at The NorthCap University. Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
10+2 or equivalent examination from CBSE or similar recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in the aggregate with Mathematics or Economics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level. B.Sc (Hons) agriculture and biotechnology all seem to be related but are actually 3 entirely different courses.
If it is Biotechnology that interests you then you can apply for B.Tech Biotechnology here at Thapar University.

K. R. Mangalam University is well suited for education, curricular activities like games, poster making activities, fests, and many other programs. This University is well developed for students' development. On period trips were also provided. In my experience, K. R. If you belong to unreserved category you need to score a minimum of 50th percentile in NEET 2017, whereas, candidates belonging to Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribes/ Other Backward Classes, the minimum percentile to obtain is 40th.

Sorry to say but it is difficult for you to get admission with this score in an architecture college because above 90 marks are required in NATA to get admission for B.Arch in various government colleges. Also, for NITs and government colleges you need above 300 marks in JEE paper 2.
