K-CET 2017 fee is not yet decided by KEA . Last year it was Rs 55k +35k = Rs 90,000 total through CET.
Management fee for 2016 was Rs 2.5lakhs per year.
COMEDK 2016 was Rs 1.9 lakhs per year.

You might have to wait for 2nd or 3rd list through DTE CAP round. I recommend you to opt for NBN Sinhgad or SKN Sinhgad Institute or you can also try for direct admission for a better shot.

If you are just asking for the sake of getting an answer then yes you can but why would you want to do it? Are you already pursuing Bachelors in agriculture and want to switch to event management field? If this is the case then yes, you are eligible for the same. For MBA, you need to appear for CAT, MAT, XAT and other top MBA entrance exams and for the PG course in the same, the process will vary with different colleges.
