If you get the best private university like BITS, Pilani, VIT, Manipal, etc., then you can go for any one of them. These are all some of the best private universities in India. They ask for a high fee, but the quality of education and placements will be good. With this score, you cannot get a good college. Many government colleges don't accept JEE scores as the entrance criteria. They conduct there own entrance exam, but the last date of many exams is gone.
With your class 12th marks, you can get admission in top private colleges with management quota (paying extra money).
Or you can get direct admission in some average private college like Chandigarh University and CGC-Landran. To get admission in CGC for B.Tech in CSE, you just need is 75% in class 12th and it is a good college.

Your CGPA is good. Your school should not stop you from taking science stream. Try to talk to them. If you have a good GP in science and maths then I don't think that they will stop you.
