If you get the best private university like BITS, Pilani, VIT, Manipal, etc., then you can go for any one of them. These are all some of the best private universities in India. They ask for a high fee, but the quality of education and placements will be good. With this score, you cannot get a good college. As IIT-JEE requires 75%, you are not eligible to get admission in IITs, NITs, etc. Dropping a year for IIT depends on you. You need to work hard and should have the confidence and passion. Well, the marks you scored says that you can't get IIT directly you have to do long term which will grab your talent and you can end up in IITS.Better approach a better institute and keep focused.

With your class 12th marks, you can get admission in top private colleges with management quota (paying extra money).
Or you can get direct admission in some average private college like Chandigarh University and CGC-Landran. To get admission in CGC for B.Tech in CSE, you just need is 75% in class 12th and it is a good college.

Training in commercial flying can be taken with Flying clubs, the Rashtriya Udan Academy, Private Flying academies.
The training goes through 3 stages of licence.
The licences have to be procured in the following order:
Student Pilot Licence (SPL)
Private Pilot Licence (PPL)
Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
After Class XI/XII (with PCM) students can apply for the SPL
