(i) Passed in higher secondary examination (10+2 pattern) or appearing in higher secondary examination in the current academic year with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology as major subjects in the regular stream from any state board within India, CBSE, ISCE, Matriculation, or NIOS

Yes, with 67.2% in CBSE 12th, you can get admission in B.Tech (Hons.) CSE at Lovely Professional University, provided you had Physics, Mathematics, and English as subjects. LPU's minimum eligibility is usually around 60%, so your score meets the requirement.
You don't need to qualify Joint Entrance Examination Main for admission. You can apply directly based on your board marks. If you want a scholarship or fee reduction, you can also appear for LPUNEST. Overall, your marks are sufficient to secure a seat in CSE (Hons.).

The minimum marks in 12th board to get admission into IITs are 75% for unreserved categories while it is 65% for reserved categories. As you don't have the required score, you cannot get a seat at the IITs. So, you need to give improvement exams or you can try for any other colleges.
