Hello Bipin,
Let me try to explain. TN gives admissions only to those who are domicile of TN. Hence if you are qualifying then only you can get admission under normal course. Of course, for outsiders, there is management quota.
For getting admission in a college in Maharashtra, you need to pass MHCET.

It depends upon the course. I am doing B.Tech in CS so my fee is around 12-13 LPA (excluding hostel fee).
As for the hostels, there are three different kinds of rooms. So the basic charge of a room is 1.3 - 1.4 LPA. If you want a room with attached bathroom, then there will be different charges (around 1.5 LPA ).

LLB Eligibility. Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the class 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

To appear for NEET exam, one needs to pass 12th with PCB or even if appearing 12th, can also give the paper. The minimum eligibility is 12th pass with biology as a compulsory subject.
