Karnataka PGCET is a state level entrance examination conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority for admission to MBA/ MCA/ M.Arch/ M.Tech/ M.E programs offered by participating government and private colleges in Karnataka. Karnataka PGCET 2020 is expected to be held on July 20, 2020. The preparation of PGCET is depends upon the course you opted. The preparation time may be varies from 3 to 6 months depending upon the entrance you opted. The PGCET for M.Tech and M.Arch needs more time and this can be from 4 to 6 months. While MCA and MBA needs about 4-5 months of regular studies. So 5 months can be the ideal preparation time.

Considering your rank it is hard to get admission in IPU colleges because only if had a rank under thousand, you would get admission in top 3 IPU colleges but with this rank, it seems hard

In top 10 colleges, it comes at 2 and position after CL.
And, KD campus at 5th position.

The education level of the BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus is at par with all the other campuses like Hyderabad and Goa. The faculty members are having the same level of expertise in their domains. In order to become a police officer, you will need to appear for IPS exam. For that, a candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree from any of the universities recognised by the UGC or possess an equivalent qualification. Discipline of graduation has not been mentioned by the UPSC so you can opt for graduation in any field that interests you.
