Hi Rahul,
To get into pilot training programmes the person needs to have a science background. in case you have science background then you can go ahead.
There are different levels of pilot training for which you need to complete certain hours of flying like for PPL requires 60 hours same way for CPL you need to complete 190 hrs of flying, apart from this there many other criterion which you have to clear. Although, it would be difficult to get through really good Colleges but you can try with some Private Institutes like Sharda University, Or Jagannath University etc. and others available in your area.
