Going by others advise will lead you to many doors depending on one's self interest or experience. I would instead suggest you to derive information from each institute or if possible visit them personally to gain the feel of the environment, students enrolled, infrastructural capacities etc.
You can judge the institute depending on the parameters based on which you will like to decide for one, as all the mentioned ones are quite reputed and well known institutes in the country and cannot be ranked specifically.

Although people often look for study abroad programmes for studying biotechnology, the scope of biotechnology in India is also enormous. It is a field that involves engineers, biologists, and many other such professionals. According to a survey conducted by Ernst and Young, Asia is set to become a hotbed for biotechnology related research and development and India is supposed to emerge as a destination which will see a notable expansion in the biotechnology sector.
The areas where biotechnology has grown in India include Bioinformatics, Agricultural biotechnology, Bio fertilizers, National Bioresource Development, Plant Biology, Marine Biotechnology and the like.

Hi Shanam, the courses meant for international students are taught in English and these are called international study programs.
Which course are you interested in?
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ.And additional Euro 15 per univ.
