As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion about any particular University, However, LPU is an Autonomous University which doesn't hold a very high position and I would suggest that before plunging into this University you should do a thorough research on the University as well as explore the other options. As your rank is not pretty high it would be difficult to get through a good Institute. However, as the cut off keeps on changing every year you may stand a chance in some colleges. To get into Aerospace Engineering you need to have a Mechanical background. As you have diploma in Electronics & Communication it would not be possible to get into Aerospace.
