As Shiksha, is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance, it would be unfair on my part to draw a comparison between the two specific Institutes. However, both DAVIET & Amritsar College of Engineering are decent Institutes affiliated with PTU and are approved by AICTE. However, to judge these institutes on other parameters like Faculty background, study material, infrastructure, placements etc. you should visit their campus and do a thorough research on their website.
