Hi Akshay,
MBBS and Merchant Navy are two different career fields and have less in common to offer, but then there are doctors recruited on the docks. The hiring is done on the basis of the vacancy notification which is released in almost all the leading newspaper dailies and the admission takes place on the basis of qualifying exams and the health check up parameters.

Hi Goutham, education in Germany is free. Some Universities charge a minimal amount of Euro 140 - 500 per semester. You also need to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS to apply to German University.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.

Event mgt is related with marketing mgt students and i dont think that it will help you with your previous degree so choose hr or finance related field. if you want to talk about individual value of event mgt than i must say its a good degree but not relate with you.

Hi Joanna, to be a good counsellor you need to have good knowledge of Psychology. So if you have completed 12 then go for Bachelors in Psychology. Later on you can do a MS in Psychology or MS in Counselling or MS in Child Psychology to fulfill your dream.
