Assuming that you have completed your graduation in B.Arch and now wish to pursue M.Arch, I would say, you have two options :
One is, if you wish to study further before starting your career, you may pursue M.Arch which will provide you advance technical knowledge and understanding of the field and help you to get a good job afterwards.
Second is, you may even work for few years before starting M.Arch as it will help you gain more practical knowledge.
Now, the choice is in your hands, whether you wish to pursue M.Arch first OR job. So, decide wisely keeping in mind your long term career goals.

Well looking at your graduation degree, both the fields Mechanical and automotive will be good for you.
As you have asked this question under Germany. I would like to say that Germany is a country known for its technical advancements and a Masters in Automotive or Mechanical from Germany would be really beneficial for you. For the German universities that you can look for are as follows:

Both the courses are equally good and the colleges as well. With both you can stand a fair chance at GMAT or CAT.
One of the best approaches while deciding on your subjects/ stream is to opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy keeping in mind your personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals.
