First of all it is "Deemed" and not "Doomed". It is being conferred as a Deemed University status by Central Government under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956 vide MHRD letter No F. 9-3/ 2007 U.3 (A) dated: 21st October, 2008. Deemed University Status is given by UGC. So it is a UGC recognised University.

* You need to first possess a Student Pilot License. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and Mathematics) with 50%.
