Don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want to do after studying B.Tech. You may take the following considerations. If you like a computer, want to build crazy applications or something related to software go with Computer Science and Engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. After studying electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only a few get a chance in electronics companies. Yes, you can pursue MBA after completing your BA. Just see to it that you have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in your BA, as it is a very important while giving the various MBA entrance exams.

Students from India do go to Romania for medical studies however you have to check that the institute is recognized by MCI. Otherwise you will not be able to take the MCI exam and you will not be eligible to practice further in India. Here's a list of foreign medical universities approved by MCI

I will suggest you to go for MITSOM because ROI is high. The average package offered is almost same for both. Fee for BIMM is higher than MITSOM. So ROI is best to evaluate position.
