The first-year fee for B.Tech at International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIIT Hyderabad) is approximately ₹5.5 to ₹6 Lacs in total. This includes a tuition fee of around ₹4.5 to ₹5 Lacs per year, hostel and mess charges of about ₹60,000 to ₹80,000, and additional academic or one-time charges of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000. The fees are generally the same for most admission modes, as the institute does not offer heavily subsidized seats like NITs, but it does provide need-based scholarships and financial assistance for students from low-income families.
