Learning editing software is different from learning editing. Any down the road shop can teach you FCP or Avid. But if you want to learn video editing try LV Prasad Institute in Chennai or any PG course at a reputed university.

if you not get any job after B tech then you have to pursue with Mtech , and CSE branch is safe you can get job in development field , or you can also prepare for certification like CCNA, MCSE for networking area, SCJP or dot net certification for development area , certification also have good value and helpful to get good job in your area
