There will be no internal mark assigned either. All the papers will be of 100 marks only
If you take admission in Mumbai university colleges for PG only your 3rd year marks will be considered if you apply for any other universities, their rule has to be followed for example, for IIM, TISS all 3 years aggregate, average marks will be considered and same applies to colleges in South India

Basic eligibility to pursue MTech in Mechanical Engineering:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology in an appropriate area and a valid GATE score in ME.
The eligibility criteria vary from institute to institute however GATE scores in aerospace engineering are accepted by many institutes.
