Dear Bikrant, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course is run by Government of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation, DGCA, not by any ordinary university or college. Government of India is not an educational body to award degree or diploma, whatever qualification, rights or privilege they are providing, are in forms of licences only for very specialized courses and streams in various fields. So, what you are getting after the course is the License from Govt. of India with authority of signing an aircraft for its Airworthiness/fitness. Feel free to call on 07304119039 for more details & further query.
