GRE is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue MS in engineering and related fields, many universities accepts GRE scores for MBA as well.
GRE scores are accepted by universities in:
US.
Canada.
Germany.
Singapore and some more countries.
IELTS and TOEFL are the exams which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.So the student can take either TOEFL or IELTS.

In order to pursue MS in Canada you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in Graduation.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.

IMO, global certification in information securoty will help you get admission for MBA in IVY LEAGUE colleges like IIMs. So definitely you should go ahead with the certification first. But once again, analyse if it is aligned to your interests.
