Educational qualification-
The candidate must be a bachelor degree holder in any discipline.
The age criteria-
The age should be in between 20-27years. for general category.
For SC/ST the age relaxation is of 5years and for OBC the age relaxation is of 3years.
Physical fitness-
Hight-165cms for men.
hight-150cms for Women.
chest-76cms for men. for Women there is no such criteria.
eye sight-
Distance vision-6/6 in one eye, 6/9 in other eye.

See, there is nothing to be mugged actually. Make sure, you know all the basic formulas like Simple interest, compound interest, geometry based etc which you can also find at http://www.mathexpression.com/basic-algebra-formulas.html#GoToIdentity
Besides this, remember all the squares of numbers frojm 2 to 30, square roots from 2 to 10, cubes from 2 to 20.

11.1 As a measure of students performance a 7 scale
grading system using the following letter grades
and corresponding grade points per credit, shall
be followed:
Performance Letter grade Grade Point per Credit
Excellent Ex 10
Very good A 9
Good B 8

The GPA for a set p subjects (sum of products of grade factor and credit point)/ total credits
CGPA is calculated as (sum of products of GPA with credit points of the same semester)/ total course credit points.
CGPA can be converted to percentage by multiplying the CGPA figure with 10 as we have a 10 point rating scale.

In private medical colleges the scholarship rules are generally their own individual rules. For example, few of the medical colleges like Manipal's medical college give scholarship (rather a free seat) to the topper who maintains that rank in their college also. Similarly rules differ from college to college. It is also not neccesary that all private college has the scholarship provision. You need to check this out with the college that are in.

As rightly said by Suryap2012 education in Germany is government funded so you may have to give a very minimal fee ranging between 140- 500 euros.
The living expenses may cost upto 740 euros.
In order to pursue your Phd. you need to submit your research topic along with the LOR to the relevant department for their consideration.
