Hi Preeti,
SNAP exam has 4 sections : Verbal Ability (40 questions),Quantitative Aptitude (40 questions), GK ( 40 questions) and Logical Reasoning ( 30 questions ). You will get 2 hours to complete the exam.
Cut off for SIBM Pune is around 97-98.5 percentile. Any percentile above 98.5 is safe bet to get a GD/PI call.

Total Fee is Rs. 20960 . But apart from that, once an aspirant is admitted to FMS Delhi, they have to pay INR 30,000 yearly to student association and one time payment of INR 4000 to the alumni association cell.
Last year cut off was 98.54 percentile.
You can prepare for CAT either by joining a coaching centre or by self-study. For PI rounds, you have to have good communication skills and good understanding of your graduation courses/work experience and you should have clarity on why you want to do MBA. If you have all these, then you can excel in PI rounds.
