Yes, you can be a pilot by doing CPL training after engineering but engineering will not give you any advantage to this profession.
The total expenditure to become a commercial pilot will be around 80 lacs .

You should not think about your weakness, you should only focus on your strength. If you are good in economics, then you can do MBA because in MBA you will get the knowledge about theoretical as well as practical and it's good for you.
