Kindly, visit the official website of university in which you want to go for, because some universities take their own entrance exams. But, if you crack JAM then you can go for many recognised universities across India.

Cut-off do not go according to specialization. Cut-off will be general because in the first year MBA students will study all the subjects and in 2nd year they will choose specialization.

To be a businessman, you don't need any degree yet if your interest is towards IT and business field. You can pursue B.Tech then MBA. If you have pure business background and want to improve your business skills then you can go for BBA and MBA later.

Those students who have passed their class 12th in the year of 2015 or 2016 are eligible to appear for JEE mains 2017. As you have passed your class 12th in the year of 2012, I am afraid you are not eligible.

Cutoff varies from college to college of your preference. I would say a score of 130-150 in NATA exam would be a safer bet for good colleges.
