For most of colleges to study economics honors, you need to opt for mathematics as a subject in class 12th. The cutoff will depend on where you want to study. In Delhi colleges, it is almost 99% for reputed colleges. That does not mean that you cannot study in other colleges. You need to elaborate your question.

Syllabus of computer science and IT overlap between 80 to 90% in various universities. CS is the study of computers and computational systems. Computer scientists deal mostly with software and software systems; this includes their theory, design, development and application. IT engineering is application of CS for enterprises to meet business goals. CS graduates can easily do both application and systems development whereas as IT engineers are trained to work on application development. Yes, you can. You are eligible to pursue graduation at any age, but you need to complete your HSC education. You can continue your BA from the same university, but you need to show a valid reason for discontinuing you studies.
