Hi,
I would like to differentiate between the two on the following parameters-
Career prospects
B.Com- MEDIUM – since the course is general in nature. However, have a wider choice in higher studies that would get a good start to your career.
BBI MEDIUM – since the course is general in nature, you need to do a specialization in banking / insurance higher studies to get a good start to your career.
Advantages / Limitations
B.Com The choices are wider and students gets basic idea of other areas of commerce and trade, viz., hr, export-import, economics etc., However, since there is no specialization to choose, it lacks focus in any one area

If you move with the right attitude and aptitude, then definitely a doctorate degree is achievable.
The difference between a PhD and FPM is similar to the distinction between an MBA and PGDM. Arguably, the number of prestigious FPM's is higher than that of PhD's.
While IIM's, XLRI, ISB and other stand-alone institutes offer a fellow programme in management (FPM), universities and the IIT's and NIT's offer a 'PhD' in management.

Regular MBA can be done in 2 lacs or 6.5 lacs. the difference is in 2 lacs clgs, job is not sure, but in 6.5 lacs college, job is 100% guaranteed.

A course in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is not a degree but a license course and only those institutes approved by the DGCA can impart training in this subject.
* Eligibility : A student from the Science stream with a minimum of 50% (some institutes need 60%) in class 12th is eligible for a 3 year certificate course on aircraft maintenance engineering conducted by training schools approved by the DGCA.
