If you mean commercial pilot then please remember training in commercial flying can be taken with Flying clubs, the Rashtriya Udan Academy, Private Flying academies.
The training goes through 3 stages of licence.
The licences have to be procured in the following order:
1. Student Pilot Licence (SPL)
2. Private Pilot Licence (PPL)
3. Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
- After Class XI/XII (with PCM) students can apply for the SPL.
- On passing Class XII(PCM) they may enroll for the next licence -PPL.
- On getting the PPL training begins for CPL.
Details of the Licences:
Student pilot licence can be taken at flying clubs in every State . It is a theory exam.
Eligibility - Age of 16 years minimum and pass in Class X. A medical certificate of fitness, security clearance and a bank guarantee is required.
Selection - Candidates taking the SPL test have to appear in an oral examination on a fixed day every month. Candidates have to enroll a month before the examination. Selected candidates go through a medical test and the Pilot Aptitude Test.
Private pilot licence is a practical training. A total of 60 hours of flying is needed of which 20 hours minimum should be solo and 5 hours cross country.
There is a theory examination also.
Commercial pilot licence requires flying training for 190 hours to complete 250 hours of flying.

Basic people skills, organizing, executing and managing the travel and stay of a traveler, will give you the edge.If you opt for the public sector, you can join Directorates and Departments of Tourism across the country. While pursuing this course you may opt for specialization in:
- Front office.
- Food and beverage services.
- Food and beverages production (cooking and baking)
- House keeping.
As you are interested in being a chef so in that case you may opt for Food and beverages production (cooking and baking) as your specialization.
While opting this specialization you will learn about various national and international cuisines.
In order to pursue BHM you need to be 12th pass from any stream with English as one of the subjects, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.

If you mean BHM (Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management) then in order to pursue this course you need to be 12th pass from any stream with English as one of the subjects, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
The upper age limit for to pursue this course is 22 years.
