The rapid growth of the retail sector and its deep penetration in various parts of the country within a very short span of time has now been termed as the retail revolution by India media.
Retail management is associated with retailing business of departmental stores and shopping malls. There is a big demand for the retail management professionals to process all merchandise shipments, to achieve store sales and profitability, administration of stores as well as communication with the clients to satisfy them. In recent years, several Indian and international companies like Reliance, Pantaloons, Wal-Mart, Big Bazaar has rooted their presence in the country.
The vacancies in retail sector are available from the entry to senior management level. Career in retail sector can be developed as store manager, retail managers, retail buyers, retail design/visual merchandise, merchandise planning and product developers.

The career options available to graduates are limited and to build a career one would need to pursue further education ( at least some short term courses) in the area that is of your interest and in line with your skills and aptitude.
A BBA graduate can start off as an Executive, Associate, Business Development Manager or an Assistant manager in various organizations such as:
Manufacturing companies
Export and trading houses
Financial concerns
Banks
NGO's
PSU's
Multinational corporations
Initially the pay will not be that appealing and most of the students are hired as interns and are given stipend instead of salary. But with experience and exposure the salary bar would surely get a hike and an MBA after BBA/BBM would definitely fetch the student more lucrative jobs.

Their is no much difference in these courses. The key differences in all these courses are the types of courses, the objective, subjects studied and the specialisations in each of these courses there are some commonalities between these course such as the duration, nature of these course, curriculum with the core subjects, skills , degree status and the specialisations.
B.B.A. is a Bachelor's in Business Administration: as the name suggests it deals with Administrative studies. It is basically designed to give students a basic knowledge of all the functions that are involved in a company for example marketing, finance, human resource management, etc.
B.B.M. is a Bachelor's in Business Management: similarly the main focus is diverted to studies at a managerial level. It aims at developing the individual's managerial skills and creating well rounded individuals by educating them in a range of diverse subject areas that provide an integrated view of managerial issues and be able to apply the knowledge imparted in real life situations.
B.B.S. is a Bachelor's in Business Studies: although it is fairly similar to the B.B.A. course but its focus is majorly in practical exposure rather than a theoretical study. In this degree various business courses are integrated with a realistic and industry-based focus in order to build sound business ideas within the aspirants.

Yes you may surely get a job after doing MBA through part time Mode provided you fulfill the eligibility criteria for a particular job, please remember pursuing MBA through part time mode is best suited for working professionals by this they may easily maintain balance between their job and studies.
So as per your query, I would suggest that if you are a fresher in that case pursuing full time MBA or PGDM program would be the best option for you.
However if you wish to do job and pursue MBA simultaneously in that case pursuing MBA through distance education would be the best option for you.
