To get a teaching job in government schools you need to clear Teacher's eligibility test by the central or the state government.
If you have already cleared the NET examination, then you must apply for the lecture post in the government colleges because it will provide you with a better pay package and exposure.

To get admission in IGNOU for B.Ed you need to appear for the entrance exam conducted by IGNOU itself.
