Below mentioned are some of the colleges offering MBA within Rs.4 Lakhs:
1. FMS.
2. JBIMS.
3. TISS.
4. Sydenham.
But, getting in these colleges in not a cakewalk. They are among the top institutes in India. You need to study hard and maybe then, you would be able to get admission into these colleges. Moreover, if you get into top 30 institutes of India, it is pretty easy to get an educational loan from banks. They approach you instead of you approaching them.

Best options for you would be engineering (B.E/ B.Tech), B.Arch & Integrated M.Sc. If you are interested in other fields you can opt for BCA, B.Com, Defence etc.

For getting better a score in NEET say 450+, you need to be very thorough with the NCERTs of Standard 11th and 12th. Also you need to improve your MCQ solving skill and solve as many as MCQs as you can. This will surely boost your confidence.
