Hi Shruti,
Well a B.tech will get you jobs but then the quality of such jobs would not bring in lot of growth prospects and it would be better that you go for Masters in a field of your interest . either Engineering i.e. M.Tech or Management i.e. MBA.
There are no such options available where in you can look for on the job education pattern but if you are already working some where, then you may opt for the Part time as an option. However, this option is rarely available in the engineering field. Yet you may refer to the following links:

As pointed out above, in today's times, MBA in Shipping & Logistics is considered much better option than diploma course. Narottam Institute in Mumbai offers MBA in Shipping & Logistics.
If you want to consider options outside Mumbai, in that case, AMET University in Chennai and MISB at Noida are good options.

HI,
Its not possible to go straight away to the third year without completing the first and the second year. Even if any institutes offers such courses, the acceptation of such courses in the industry is least regarded as a degree.
You should take up a course depending on the authenticity and its value and also keeping in mind that there cannot be any short cut in education.
