Your percentages in class 10th and 12th are okay. What is your current percentage? In other words, what is your YGPA till date? Also, have you started preparing for the GRE and TOEFL? HI,B.com after have many course for doing such that:MBA,MCA,CA,CS,ICWA etc.But all course are depend om your decision.You have background accountancy related field,then you are doing MBA is best for your career.but you are want to change field,so you are doing MCA is best.mostly student b.com after doing MCA for get double degree.Company are also required double for job purpose.If you are not going MCA degree or field,then you are doing MBA IT is also best for make career.So depend on your decision what is best for your career ?

I would also like to tell you that you are eligible to apply for media and multimedia related courses even if you are from a btech background. You would need to score exceptionally well i f you want to get admission in a good university specifically in your btech and GRE.
