Frankly speaking as you have a post graduation in commerce and also done tally 9.0 you should get a decent job. However, as there is a huge gap of 4 years in between you may face some problems as you need to explain this gap to employers. If you are looking for short term courses then you can opt for diploma courses in taxation or accounting etc. but if you are ready to go for long term program then I would suggest you an MBA in Finance.
I would like to add here that it would also depend on which career field you choose. In case you have interest in teaching then you can also appear for NET after which can work as a lecturer in
