Still there are a few Universities, not many that offer part time B Tech but duration may extend upto 5 years. AICTE do not wish to cut short the number of academic hours for a B Tech programme, even for part time and hence recognition to such courses is still a suspect. Part time B Tech is not available in all colleges. AMIE AMIME etc are considered equivalent to B Tech.

Not all B-Tech programs offer integrated physics, though they have some sections of Physics in their curriculam. I believe institutes like UPES, IIT or Anamalai etc might have as they provide niche courses in B-Tech. Like for eg. UPES has courses like Power management, Aviation etc therefore here we need good understanding of physics. However, please cross check as I am not sure.

They have a great tie-up with Oxford Brookes University and thanks to that the students have been reaping a lot of rewards.They have something called as Global Cultural Immersion Programme where students will be taken for interactive sessions to foreign universities and corporate organisations at international locations.
