Still there are a few Universities, not many that offer part time B Tech but duration may extend upto 5 years. AICTE do not wish to cut short the number of academic hours for a B Tech programme, even for part time and hence recognition to such courses is still a suspect. Part time B Tech is not available in all colleges. AMIE AMIME etc are considered equivalent to B Tech.

Not all B-Tech programs offer integrated physics, though they have some sections of Physics in their curriculam. I believe institutes like UPES, IIT or Anamalai etc might have as they provide niche courses in B-Tech. Like for eg. UPES has courses like Power management, Aviation etc therefore here we need good understanding of physics. However, please cross check as I am not sure.

Hi,
It is advisable to clear your backlogs first and thereafter proceed with higher education.
Not very sure whether your college will allow or not. If not, then look forward for integrate MBA degree.
So confirm the information at your earliest and then proceed further.
Good Luck
