As per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your engineering and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience.

Hi Prashanth.
To win an IAS exam and to get into the cadre. You must be a graduate in any stream. Age Limit is 21-30yrs. You got Four attempts to write the exam. In preliminary you must select one subject and general knowledge and logical questions too. Once you pass the preliminary with the subject you selected you must select another subject with language you must pass then you have the Group discussion and final interview.
Notification for the exam comes in December and January for the preliminary exam.

Every institute has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the institute's website you wish to apply.

Hi,
B.com is required if you want to enter CA course through direct route i.e. you don't have to give CPT and you can directly register for NEW CA Intermediate Course.
If you want to register to CA course after clearing your 12th then you have to give CPT and afterwards you can register NEW CA Intermediate course.
