Hi buddy, M.Tech is any time better if you have opted for electronics. The M.Tech program aims at providing a strong foundation in theoretical, practical and design aspects of engineering. One of my friend is pursuing a Robotics engineering course from UPES and she is very happy about it. She also said, UPES has M-Tech program with a specialization in Car transportation and design, Nuclear science and technology etc. If you are still on for M.tech you can check out this institute for various options in engineering yourself.
