hi,
Carleton University requires 4 yr bachelors with high standing in honors degree. High Standing means 3.0 CGPA out of 4.00. According to Indian education system around 75 and above percentage. though the work experience is not requires but students without work experiences will be asked to go in internship. Also a GMAT of 550 will be required along with IELTS 6.5. the tuition fees for Carleton University MBA is CAD$ 37000+ CAD$ 3500 for Internship.
I would suggest consider Vancouver Island University for your MBA. they provide Dual Degree. MBA + masters in International Business for UK university Hertfordshire.

Hi buddy, M.Tech is any time better if you have opted for electronics. The M.Tech program aims at providing a strong foundation in theoretical, practical and design aspects of engineering. One of my friend is pursuing a Robotics engineering course from UPES and she is very happy about it. She also said, UPES has M-Tech program with a specialization in Car transportation and design, Nuclear science and technology etc. If you are still on for M.tech you can check out this institute for various options in engineering yourself.
