Hi,
Eligibility for B.COM- 10+2 qualified.
Your Diploma does not stand equivalent to 2 years of graduation and hence not making you eligible for direct admission into 3rd year of B.COM.
Also graduation in one sitting is illegal and not acceptable for higher education or jobs in public/private sector.
It is advisable that you pick 3 years full time or distance under graduate degree program.

This test is held every year in the month of October or November.
